Easy to use and worth a punt for deeper holes and cracks Thick and easy to apply.I sealed wide cracks with chromapol. See my review on that.I allowed the chromapol to dry.In most instances this stopped the rain. However some cracks were wider and had nails allowing water to penetrate and the ply had been damaged Sonu could see daylight still. So I needed a bit more to complete the repair, hence the mastic.It’s easy to apply. Dollop on from trowel. Smooth over. Remove excess. Move onto next area…
Does what it says on the tin Needed to seal the concrete fillet in my garage as I was getting water leaking in .Replaced the fillet with fresh concrete but water was still when heavy rainfall expected permeates through.Trowelled on Black Jack covering the fillet round the edge of the garage lapping above on to the EAL by around 10mm and onto the floor by around same .It rained not long after application but not heavily so the surface had not cured to a skin.We have subsequently had some very heavy…
Good product but very messy I used this product to fill in pooling on my flat roof, it was easy to spread using a piece of hard board to screed. this is a good product but very messy!! I would advise you to plan the job, plenty of kitchen roll and whit spirit and a few pairs of disposable gloves. I would give this product 5 stars for the job in hand but it arrived in very poor condition the tin was badly damaged and the lid was nearly off!! the seller should use more packaging and tape the lid.
