Fake product – Do NOT BUY Exceptional standout of the tape, which means it’s really easy to measure the height of an interior ceiling without help. However, the little millimeter and centimeter indicators all look the same and I found it much harder to actually read than with even a cheap metre from the pound store.Not very happy with the markings at all and started using my older tapes again. Which have shorter standouts but much clearer lines that differ between the centimeter and millimeter markings…
FAKE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH WEAK As soon as I held these 2 I bought in my hands I knew they were fakes! They are flimsy and the end is loose and there was a piece of plastic stuck on at 3â and when I removed this it took the print of the measurements off with it. Look at the other negative reviews, all say fake! Regret buying 2 thatâs for sure!
Test in a shop before buying. It’s not the worst tape I have had, but not as good as the other reviews had me believe.Yes, it will extend a reasonable amount without flopping, but only if you keep it as flat as possible. I find in real life that all the things I wish to measure are not lying flat on the ground. It takes very little for this tape to flop when tilted to any angle.
