We have had a small, cheap casino set for years with a tiny roulette wheel with which at best, the tiny ball bearing drops into a hole and the wheel stops spinning after two seconds. Family fun but we thought we could improve on it. So we checked the reviews and opted to try this wheel by Jacques. What a great decision. Works fine, but quality control is not great The wheel was very heavily scuffed along the inside of the plastic upon unpacking it, and there was a very large break along the inner rim of the wheel.The wheel itself works fine, the motion is nice and smooth and it actually looks quite nice when the break is angled away from you.UPDATE 03/08/2017: Cannot fault the customer service, another wheel has been sent out and, upon the advice of the seller, the old one has been donated to charity.
